Sold my house and Emily assisted as it was an interstate purchase i has as well and she is an absolute legend!! My sale snd purchase were quite involved but Emily handled everything snd coordinated with the other two conveyancers. With her professional help everything ran smoothly . The short story from mid Dec '25. We found the beach house to retire to. But we weren't really looking and not ready to sell. The vendors allowed condition of sale. We had to prepare the house, find an Agent and a Conveyancer, as ours had retired. Scott Torney introduced us to Jennifer at Blackwood Conveyancing. Unfortunately, at no fault their end, circumstance stretched the settlement to early May '26. Jennifer and her team particularly Sarah, Kelly and Joanne went the extra miles on this, handling all the communications for the sale of ours and the purchase of the "beach house" while lumbered with a degree of uncertainty and moving goal posts. They kept us informed of our obligations so that there would be no issues at settlement. And there weren't. Can't thank them enough.
