We recently had our Wills and Enduring Guardianships drawn up by James. James is very approachable but professional in the way he dealt with us. Appointments with James were on time and his advice on several matters was appreciated. A very pleasant experience and highly recommended..

This law firm is my only choice! The front desk is usually staffed by a law student or paralegal - who couldn't do enough over the phone, as well as face to face. I am given more than my share of time and advice. I've been three times on three different matters. Each time their staff show respect, build rapport, and provide informed advice. It all adds up.

I had an excellent experience with James during the purchase of my first home. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful when reviewing the contract and explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. James and his team were always available to answer questions and made the entire process feel much less stressful. I truly appreciated their professionalism and would highly recommend his services to anyone buying a home.

We chose Burgess Thomson to draw up Wills, Enduring Guardianship, and Power of Attorney documents for us. While our situation was not complex, James quickly clarified any questions we had, as well as guiding us through the process to ensure our needs were met. His professional and personable demeanour deftly accommodated some last minute changes and helped us finalise everything swiftly. Highly recommended.
