My workers compensation matter, involving a psychological injury, extended over nearly two years and was both personally and legally complex. During this time, Karena Nichols, Partner at Coutts Lawyers, demonstrated exceptional professionalism and unwavering commitment. Despite the challenges associated with the case — and the fact that I was, at times, difficult to assist due to my mental health circumstances — Karena remained patient, understanding, and highly effective in her guidance. I also wish to acknowledge Jessica Garraway, Legal Secretary, whose organisation, communication, and consistent support were invaluable throughout the process. This was a difficult case to win, and navigating it during such a mentally challenging period was overwhelming at times. I am sincerely grateful for the skill, empathy, and dedication shown by both Karena and Jessica, and I would not hesitate to recommend Coutts Lawyers to others seeking compassionate and capable legal representation.

These people promised to fix my problem, told me they will be better, cheaper & faster than the solicitor I was using. Paid these people upfront. Since that day NOTHING!!! 3mths later they tell me they no longer want to do the work. Do not use them, they will take you for a ride, zero care, no empathy, greedy, expensive, unprofessional, poor communicators and lies. $62 dollars an email, to tell you nothing. Thieves! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! minus 10 starts
