CVC Conveyancing

A huge thank you to CVC Conveyancing for guiding us through the purchase of our first home. From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free thanks to Sian and Alison. They were professional, friendly, responsive, and incredibly thorough, keeping us informed every step of the way. We couldn't have asked for better support. Highly recommend!

It is not often that I take the time to write reviews, but on this occasion I genuinely felt compelled to. We had such a fantastic experience with the conveyancing team at CVC from start to finish that I couldn't let it go unrecognised. Buying a home can be overwhelming, with so many things to consider and organise. However, the team at CVC Conveyancing made the entire process feel smooth, stress free, and easy to understand. They were always approachable, quick to respond to our questions via email or phone, and kept us informed every step of the way. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care gave us complete confidence throughout the purchase. For all of this, we are incredibly grateful! We highly recommend CVC Conveyancing to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, reliable, and genuinely caring conveyancer. Thank you again for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one! Thankyou Alison and Sian :)

We were so pleased to have Jennifer in our corner as our conveyancer throughout the buying process, especially as somewhat clueless first home buyers. At many points in the process we wondered what we would have done without her! Cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely use CVC if we ever need similar services in the future. Thank you Jennifer!

Sian and the team at CVC were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, great communication and a really positive experience. We would not hesitate to engage them again in future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for conveyancing or legal services.

Dealt with both Sian and Alison throughout a very lengthy and unusual settlement process. They kept me informed every step of the way and nothing was an issue for them. Both were extremely pleasant and friendly to deal with, will be recommending these guys and would not hesitate to use them again in the future. Thanks again!

Lara and Team at CVC Conveyancing Wollongong have been working on the sale and purchase of my new home. The team went above and beyond to get the job done. They communicated extremely well and were very prompt in answering emails. Fees for the service are very reasonable.

Cannot recommend Sian and Alison at CVC enough, they have been great to deal with in both the selling of our house and purchase of our new property. They are always willing to take a call and talk through the technical aspects, as well as making sure the process runs as smoothly as possible.
