I have used Elev8 Conveyancing in the past and had a seamless, professional and stress-free experience from start to finish. Recently, I was in a situation where I had to use a different conveyancer/law firm, and the experience was terrible, poor communication, lack of guidance, and it honestly felt like I had to step them through the process and do their job for them. Going through that experience made me realise just how organised, compliant and easy Elev8 Conveyancing made everything feel. That’s the reason I wanted to jump on and leave this review. Debbie was very helpful and always willing to answer my questions and direct me in the steps to take in order to complete purchase of property.

I would not use this conveyancing service again. We both sold and bought a home with them over the Christmas break. Communication was a big problem and we were continuously chasing them up for information. We also had to chase up money owed to us a month after settlement. It made moving time much more stressful for us than what is needed to be.

I sold my house and used the team at elev8. They were so quick to action everything and the process was seamless! WILL SURELY RECOMMEND THEM! :)
