Kaz Conveyancing

Sarah at Kaz Conveyancing handled the sale of our property and was wonderful to work with. She promptly responded to all our questions and was very polite and pleasant to deal with, as well as knowledgable. From contracts through to sale, all went without issue. Highly recommnend, very professional service and great value for money.

We used Kaz for our recent purchase of a home. Sarah Sun was a great support and promptly responded to all our questions or requests. She provided prompt advice during the most stressful part of the process - contract negotiations - and was on hand for phone calls as we got the contract executed. She helped negotiate and explain one key change that gave us the comfort to go ahead with the purchase. From there everything was smooth sailing.

I really appreciate Sarah’s work as my conveyancer. Sarah is highly professional, detail-oriented and will guide you seamlessly through every step of the process, her communication was always prompt and made everything incredibly easy to follow and understand, anyone who worked with her would be impressed by her incredible ability and mathematical precision. I highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a flawless and stress-free experience and wish her all the best with her future career!

Nishma and the team at Kaz Conveyancing did an excellent job on our property purchase. She was everything you’d expect from a top-tier solicitor – proactive, highly responsive, risk-aware, and always bringing thoughtful ideas (her suggestion to structure the deposit post-settlement was particularly clever).Thank you again for your support — we would recommend her 100%.

We cannot recommend Sarah highly enough. From the very beginning of our home buying journey, Sarah was absolutely amazing and made what could have been a very stressful process feel so much easier and manageable. She was incredibly prompt, professional, and timely with every step of the process. No question was ever too small, and she always took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave us so much reassurance as first-time buyers. Her communication was exceptional. she kept us informed throughout, responded quickly, and made sure we understood exactly what was happening at every stage. What really stood out was how supportive and proactive she was. Buying a property can feel overwhelming, but Sarah made us feel confident and looked after the entire way through. She genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran as smoothly as possible. We are so grateful for all of her help and guidance and truly don’t think the experience would have been the same without her. If you are looking for a solicitor who is knowledgeable, efficient, caring, and incredibly reliable, we would recommend Sarah without hesitation. Thank you so much for making this experience such a positive one!
