Kelly Conveyancing

Mackay property buyers have turned to Kelly Conveyancing for their conveyancing needs, and the accounts left behind are divided. On one side, the practice is described as knowledgeable and efficient, with the job completed quickly and the team behaving professionally and in a friendly manner. On the other side, one account describes a settlement that went badly, with paperwork arriving late, the broker apparently not contacted about the bank's offer, an incorrect settlement figure provided, and contact made only a few days before settlement.

That same reviewer considered the service the poorest encountered. Across the feedback, prompt delivery of the conveyancing work and a professional and friendly manner are the qualities most consistently singled out for praise. Kelly Conveyancing operates as a real estate attorney practice in the Mackay area, and the mixed nature of the accounts means prospective clients weighing up a Mackay settlement would do well to look at the full history rather than any single opinion. The strongest recurring positive themes remain the speed of the result and the professional and friendly approach.
