Carla Beck took on just about every part of the process from beginning to end, from initial Strata Report and Contract check, right through to final settlement, attending to all the complexities behind the scenes. Strata Levies, Land Registry Title check, Local Government Rates and Charges, Stamp Duty, Clearance Certificate, PEXA, all the peripherals that go with the purchase of a property, were explained in a straightforward and understandable manner. Carla did a contract review in depth at a reasonable price. At every step of the way. I was kept informed, in detail. You got the feeling with Carla, that everything was well and truly under control. There was no problem with organizing a face to face meeting, which I think is always a good idea these days. She set aside a good lengthy time for that.
