Luke came recommended to us. Being our first house purchased we had a tonne of questions and he answered them all with no problems, he was very informative, and his laid back attitude was reassuring and helped to calm any issues we had. He was able to chase up additional information we wanted for peace of mind, and was never irritated about the how ever many times we needed to get clarity on things. He was quite affordable considering other options and was very responsive. we had small timeframes to work with and thanks to him we were able to completely close and be in the house within 10 days! couldn't recomend him highly enough! We had an excellent experience with Luke Seve handling the conveyancing for our empty block land purchase. Despite some unexpected and complex changes introduced by council during the process, Luke navigated everything with calmness and kept us well-informed throughout. His attention to detail and communication made a potentially frustrating situation well-managed. Highly recommend him as value for money! Some of the more expensive guys aren’t necessarily better.
