LWA Solicitors was established in 1981 by Lee Williams, a third-generation Cairns local. The firm is locally owned and family run. It is now owned and operated by Euan Williams, son of founder Lee Williams, along with other family members. Euan Williams is Principal Solicitor, having taken over when his father Lee Williams retired in 2020. Lee Williams worked as a solicitor in Cairns for over 40 years and remains engaged with the firm in a consulting capacity.
Peter Bullis is a Junior Conveyancer at the firm. The firm handles all facets of Succession and Estate Planning Law and provides Cairns conveyancing and residential/commercial leases. The firm's staff are described as born and bred Cairns locals.

Terrible service, very confusing to do 1 simple job - sign off on selling my apartment. Hard to communicate with. Makes assumptions on what you want to do and then doesn’t reply. Speaks in a rude matter and has 3 different people on one job that don’t communicate with each other, as I was given very different responses from each person. Very unprofessional service, avoid at all costs
