Absolutely brilliant. I've used them 3 times now in total and every time has been as good as ever. People need to realise that like everything else in this world, you get what you pay for. If you want a conveyancer to be at your beck and call and to reply to your emails as if you're the only client they have, then go and spend 4x what Top Gun charge and get yourself a property lawyer. The service these guys provide far outweighed what I've paid them. They were there when I called, they replied to emails within 24 hours and to me, that's all I could ask.
