Bush to Beach Legal best legal firm I have used to date. Kate was so switched on and helpful. Would always pick up the phone when I rang which is a big plus. I have no hesitation in recommending Kate from Bush to Beach Legal.

I recently sold and purchased properties with Bush to Beach Legal. Service was good and I had no complaints up until settlement. On the day settlement was booked in for 2pm, at 12:30 the lady who dealt with our conveyancing and contracts phoned to say settlement had been pushed back to 4pm and she had to leave early that day, and our sale and purchase contracts would be passed onto one of her colleagues. Our removalist company who had packed up our house and had all our belongings in their truck could not wait for a 4pm settlement as it was too late and would have to come back the following day to unload the truck. Not an ideal situation. We requested early access to the property were purchasing, so we could unload the trucks. This was agreed by the owner we were purchasing from, and he contacted his solicitor to confirm this. I then followed up with Bush to Beach to ask if they could contact the sellers' solicitors to confirm early access. The lady who picked up our buying and selling contracts couldn't have been less helpful. Point blank refused to contact the sellers' solicitors saying it would just "waste everybody's time". Even when it was explained our removalist were going to leave for the day. She also had not contacted the solicitors of the buyers of our house or the agent to explain delay. She brushed it off as I haven't been dealing with these contracts. Very unprofessional with a couldn't care less attitude. After this experience I would not recommend or use Bush to Beach Legal again.
