Was not happy at all with my experience with Campbell Conveyancing, I think they must be taking on too much work. Had to follow up several times for basic requests, and they also made errors in critical documents, such as misspelling of names or entirely missing information. They basically caused our settlement to be delayed by several days due to incompetence, even though they initially assured us the timeline was fine.

I had two occasions to use Campbell Conveyancing recently. The second being straightforward, needing minimal assistance, while the first was a bit ‘hairy’ and stressful. During this time Shannon and her staff were always available, accepting and assisting with multiple visits & phone calls. I would recommend Campbell Conveyancing, and utilise their business again if required

Shannon has just handled Conveyancing for the purchase of a property for my parents. We couldn't be happier with the excellent service we received. Shannon was considerate of my parents needs and made the entire process seamless for what could have been a stressful experience for an elderly couple. We can highly recommend Shannon and Erica if your selling or buying a property.

Frustrated with the difficulty of communicating with the team. However, throughout the entire course, I found myself needing to contact the team multiple times to get my requests done. I felt that the team was overwhelmed with too many cases, as they even mistakenly identified my profile with another when I was on my second phone call. Despite repeatedly being told that i would have a call back, but I never received one, that leading me to remain on the line. Only one time prior to the settlement day that I could reach S directly and did not have to wait. My paperwork had to be corrected 2 times and settlement date was calculated wrong even the extension of my finance clause was approved for another one week. This experience was stressful and not a positive one.

Quite disappointed with how our relationship with Shannon ended. Communication at the beginning was fantastic and Shannon came highly recommended. However, toward the end when settlement needed to happen - the little communication we managed to get out of Shannon became very vague, aloof and was really not up to standard. My partner and I had to chase up with numerous phone calls and emails only to be met with "I'll give her the message" (but then no call back was received), settlement was also pushed back twice and we were made to feel like we could lose the house days before we are due to move in. Would not recommend.
