Thats all. Even they didn’t bother themselves to inform me in better way, I have paid for all conveyancing services to some legal company to help in legal deals not only doing documentation and transfers. I won’t suggest this conveyancer at all

Lieza from conveyancing.com.au in Melbourne is really, really great. Throughout the whole process she made it really clear how it all worked and what was required of us, which was really helpful as I have no idea about how to buy a house. She made it all seem really straightforward and not enormously overwhelming like it otherwise would. On settlement day there were issues with the reserve bank and nobody had any idea how it happened or how to deal with it. Lieza basically spent the entire day trying to figure it out for us so the settlement would go through that day and I could move in with the van that I had packed with all my worldly possessions, and that I had to return before 9am the following day. The sellers and their agents were being extremely unhelpful and Lieza did everything in her power to negotiate with them and come to an agreement. She was constantly in communication with us and with them and she gave us good advice about what to do as it went on and on, but she was still happy to go with our decisions when they were against what she advised. The settlement ended up finally going through at 10pm, and Lieza was there the entire time fighting for us. It was pretty unbelieveable that she worked that hard for that long, completely above and beyond what I would have expected of somebody. I would highly, highly recommend her to anybody, she is very professional, and also a very kind, empathetic and level-headed person who you definitely want on your side if things go wrong.
