Previously having an awful settlement experience elsewhere, we reached out to Kyle to assist in the settlement of 20 acres of land. You were with us every step of the way and successfully mediated our requested items into the contract. Once signed, you were proactive in preparing us for settlement day explaining all the moving pieces and what we needed to do.
