Mick Mastromanno is a Licensed Conveyancer and Director. Matt Bourbon is a Senior Conveyancer and Business Manager. Jeannette Ernst is a founding member of B.O.B – Business On the Bellarine and a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (Victoria). Mick Mastromanno holds an Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing, a Certificate IV and Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking, and a Bachelor of Policing (Investigations).

The firm has over 30 years of experience in subdivision conveyancing. It serves Greater Geelong, the Bellarine, and the Surf Coast, from Torquay to Lorne. The firm provides free Section 32/Contract reviews with a written report within 24 hours. It handles conveyancing for vacant land, residential, serviced apartments, student accommodation, retirement accommodation, company share, commercial and industrial transactions.

Jeannette Ernst Conveyancing Professionals manages residential sales, purchases and land transactions for clients in Geelong, and the feedback left for the firm centres on how smoothly those matters are run. A point that comes up often is communication, with questions answered promptly and progress explained so that clients felt informed rather than left to chase updates.

The same outcome recurs across transactions: settlement arrangements, Section 32 documentation and compliance certificates are described as being sorted quickly, and one customer noted that even their real estate agent remarked on the speed of the S32. Named staff feature frequently, with Mick described as thorough and helpful, Halle praised for responsiveness and detailed answers, Matt Bourbon for advice tailored to a specific situation, and Olivia for resolving an ATO application with a compliance certificate.

Several buyers describe having used the firm multiple times for both selling and buying, including a block of land, and report that different team members coordinated seamlessly so nothing was lost between them. Pricing is described as reasonable for the work completed and suited to household budgets, while the administration team is remembered for patience with follow-up calls. Care with paperwork and small details, so that clients did not have to worry about them, rounds out the recurring theme.
