1 star is too generous, this business deserves NEGATIVE star. I bought 2 investments properties in Mackay, the search show 5 stars so I chose them for my conveyancing. They are THE WORST conveyancer I have come across. Late with paperwork, did not even contact the broker to know what the bank offer so they gave me wrong amount for the settlement (4.5x higher than the correct amount), contacted me only 3 days before settlement and ask me to transfer the money. Super delayed in transferring the surplus funds to me after settlement with multiple phone calls to follow up!

Knowledgeable people. They get the job done quickly.
