Wynona is a powerhouse – She stopped a bully on settlement day!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is my second business property sale with Lawlab Melbourne, and I cannot recommend Wynona enough. While the process is usually smooth, you really learn the value of your conveyancer when things go wrong. On the morning of settlement (at 7:30 AM!), the purchaser turned into a bully. He was on the property prematurely and tried to force a $1,000 price reduction over a missing piece of scrap metal. I was incredibly stressed, but Wynona stepped in immediately. She consulted his solicitor, had the purchaser removed from the property for trespassing, and ensured settlement went through on our terms. If you want a conveyancer who will actually fight for you and protect you from unreasonable tactics, ask for Wynona. She turned a nightmare morning into a successful sale. Thank you!
