This company was difficult to communicate with, especially when things went wrong. I had to educate her on case law as the advice she was giving regarding building and pest inspections was wrong, which would have resulted in my sister staying in a contract which would have cost her 10s of thousands of dollars in repairs if I didn't challenge her points. Several of the reviews on this page appear to be fake as well. Do not use them. They are cheap for a reason.
