What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Melbourne Conveyancing holds a 4.9 average from 553 reviews, with Kelly (Ha) named in nearly every review for patient, detailed guidance through sales, purchases and investment property settlements. One reviewer credits Kelly with ordering a purchaser's certificate that protected them from being held liable for a previous owner's unpaid state revenue debts years after the purchase.
Claire is also named repeatedly for staying responsive outside business hours during a settlement brought forward with little notice. This consistent, detailed feedback points to a well-regarded, thorough conveyancing practice.

Kelly and her team took care of everything for us with great professionalism, knowledge and communication. We felt confident leaving it all in their capable hands. They were quick to respond to any queries we had and Kelly especially was very helpful earlier on when we reached out to use their free review service unlike another place we went to - she would respond in detail and didn't just brush us off because the service was free. Very happy with the service we received and thank you to Kelly and her team for a smooth settlement!!!
