There has been a complete lack of communication from this conveyancer despite numerous phone calls, voicemails, and multiple emails. This ongoing non‑responsiveness relates to an outstanding bill that should have been cleared following settlement by his vendor, yet it remains unresolved after several months due to his failure to address the matter. Most conveyancers fulfil their professional obligations and complete the required tasks on behalf of their clients. Unfortunately, in this instance, there appears to be little regard for those obligations. The absence of engagement has left me without a clear pathway to resolution. This situation is particularly disappointing, as it could have been avoided with even a minimal effort to respond.

Poor communication. Rarely responded to emails. Never returned my phone calls.

Alex is fantastic. Prompt, great communicator and is always there to assist with any query.
