I felt that she had my best interests in hand at all times and did everything she could to ensure good outcomes for me. During a very stressful time her assistance was very reassuring. I’m so grateful.
For the most part things were ok, but I consistently got emails from different people who were not people I could speak to on the phone (they just handled the emails). That became frustrating trying to get through to speak to someone, leading to me having to race round on settlement day to get something printed and signed. If it's a straight forward sale, sure, I'd recommend them. If there is any back and forth involved, I would go with someone else honestly.

I am disappointed with the level of service provided, particularly the failure to respond to my emails and the delay in depositing the surplus funds back into our bank a/c, despite numerous verbal and written follow ups. This lack of communication and inaction has been both frustrating and unacceptable. I expected timely updates and prompt handling of refund, especially after repeated attempts to resolve the matter. The funds still hasn’t been received in our a/c while writing this review.
