Extremely disappointing service. I never received the final settlement statement before settlement and had to request it multiple times after settlement. The documents contained errors, and I am still chasing a refund for overcharged fees. Communication was poor throughout the process. I would not recommend this firm to anyone.
Amazing experience from the very beginning from obtaining a quote all the way through to settlement, the team are very quick to respond. Quote was very reasonable. Very affordable price. I personally did not enjoy the initial process of online prompting, emails etc. I prefer a more personable experience to put me at ease with processes. I had to source most of my disclosure statement which I felt was unfair since I paid for it. (maybe that’s just my lack of understanding). The Conveyancer process was personable, lovely and professional thank you Kate Reid. Helped me to feel more at ease too.
