This company has no time to talk and remember things that have been said like instructions on a sale of a home. It’s like a machine the way that one is treated with these people. Your just another number rather than a valued customer buying a for ever home. It’s rather daunting as it is buying a home but to have your solicitor not remember things and also be away for a couple of days and the replacement not really knowing very much at all to be able to help you these sorts of things. I think you’re better off to have a face-to-face solicitor rather than just over the phone. It all comes down to experience suppose. But never again would I have dealings with this company. The settlement was extended several times. And was not a good experience not to mention every time you called to speak to the person you are dealing with. You had to explain why you wanted to speak with the person handling the sale of a property I was buying. As a buyer of a house. The hole experience was not good. Definitely would not recommend this company.

Probably the best value for money conveyancing. My purchase was a very simple job. I did a <30 day settlement which cost extra, but still cheaper than any other agency. All done digitally whilst I was interstate. Conveyancing shouldn’t be difficult and it wasn’t for these guys.

Really bad experience. Automated text messages and emails received multiple times which confused matters. Very impersonal, felt like every time you tried calling you had to explain your entire situation again. Settlement was an issue due to no follow up on Own It's behalf, there was never any follow up unless I called them every single day. I had a name change which was explained to them several times, they still completed the contract and all the settlement paperwork in the incorrect name. I would not recommend. Turns out there fees are not any cheaper then any other Solicitor.
