Porter Veritas Conveyancing is a Newcastle-based conveyancing practice celebrating 10 years in business. Elizabeth Porter is the proprietor and licensed conveyancer, with over 28 years' experience in the legal and real estate industry, including 19 years practising as a licensed conveyancer.
She completed her studies in Conveyancing Law and Practice at Macquarie University, Sydney, in December 2006. The practice is licensed for all conveyancing matters within New South Wales, with focus on Newcastle, Hunter Valley, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast and Sydney. It offers contract advice for purchasers and contract preparation and advice for vendors. The practice supports the charity Malipai, which helps educate disadvantaged children in the Philippines.
