Have just used these guys for the 3rd time in the last couple of years. Each time the service has been spot on and there is always someone available to talk to or run an email by, which was important this time as different tricky things kept popping up. Although Sanford Settlements is in Geraldton, we purchased in Perth and the service was just as good, so would highly recommend if you want a friendly and responsive experience.
