Unfortunately the process was extremely stressful with our first settlement being delayed, which meant we had a lack of confidence in their services after that with only 2 weeks until the next settlement. I provided feedback on our experience before the 2nd settlement, hoping to be reassured that they would improve things from then on but I never got a response and there continued to be miscommunications. Luckily the 2nd settlement went through because I identified there needed to be additional funds to be transferred for settlement. 2 stars instead of 1 because the assistants were fantastic, a pleasure to deal with and very helpful answering questions and guiding us through the process.
Thank you to all the team at Sliverthron for all their help in selling our 2 properties and purchasing a new property. The whole process has been stress free thanks too you all and we are very grateful. Highly recommended.
