I was very disappointed with the level of service I received during my property settlement. I requested an early settlement, but there was little to no communication about whether my request had even been sent to the vendor's solicitor. After multiple follow-ups, I was finally told that an email had been sent and they were waiting for a response. A few days later, I was informed that the request had been rejected. I understand that an early settlement request can be declined, and I have no issue with that. However, after speaking with the real estate agent, I was told that the vendor would likely have considered an early settlement if it included a rental arrangement until the agreed settlement date. When I asked my solicitor to send a revised request with this option, they refused outright. Instead, I was warned that if I sent any further emails on the matter, I would be charged their maximum hourly rate. I expected my solicitor to represent my interests and at least make reasonable attempts to explore available options. Instead, I felt dismissed and discouraged from asking legitimate questions. Based on my experience, customer service and communication were extremely poor. I would have expected much better support from a firm acting on behalf of its clients.

Shocking to deal with. Made lots of errors, were incredibly slow and just generally frustrating and terrible to deal with. Definitely do not recommend using them.

I agree with Andrew McCarl, at a very hard time in my life and all my lawet could do was abuse me, and ask irrelevant questions. The communication from them was also very poor.I would not recommend this business at all.
