I was skeptical but this all-online conveyancing firm was recommended to me by a lawyer friend, so I gave MAP Lawyers a go. They were great. The initial sign on was easy, the process and pricing were made clear. Our property sale was logistically a little complicated and quite strung out. The property was interstate, one of the owners lives overseas, we had something of an unusual buyer and lots of small late changes. I was pleasantly surprised how much legal work for us was included in MAP Lawyer's fixed price fee. Our solicitor at MAP, Liam, was fabulous. He was always easy to reach, and had plenty of backup when he was unavailable. His communications were clear, helpful and supportive. We needed his advice on several issues along the way. So MAP Lawyers really added a lot of value. You might think that online lawyers could just be robots, especially in the narrow business of conveyancing, but MAP Lawyers were personal and caring, as well as fast, responsive, proactive and economical.
