We are settling our house in Tasmania in 1/2 hr and they ring us 3 hrs ago to say that in Tas they use cheques into the bank for transfer and it takes 3 days to clear. Our house settlement in Vic due at 1300hrs tomorrow. No where in our paperwork, emails or sms correspondence is this mentioned. We may be in breach of contract and lose the house and our money due to poor practices. They somehow pay themselves and the property sale money is our hard earned cash. Stay clear of this company and do yourselves a favour. They have no idea of what occurs for someone buying interstate. However they manage to settle simultaneous purchase settlements in Tas. Despite telling them continuously our settlement date they have been giving us last minute paperwork that could have easily been sent weeks ago. I am considering referring them to the Ombudsman for further action. No one deserves this angst when moving interstate. We have been caused considerable stress and anxiety.

Kate and Natalie and their team were fantastic with our purchase, gave great advice, were very responsive and kept us completely in the loop when the vendor didn’t have their paperwork submitted in time for settlement. Very thorough and we would not hesitate to recommend ZZIM to anyone needing a conveyancer. Thank you guys, you made the process very easy.
