I would not use them again While everything went through as it should it was a lot more stressful than it had to be. We had several issues with Aaron over the course of our conveyancing: ~First starters he missed a person off the paperwork ~He called me Karen on the phone, my name is Katherine ~He asked us to send things multiple times ~More than once he called me with attitude about getting a reply to meet a deadline asking me to reply to his email when I already had hours before (he would call me int he afternoon when I had replied in the morning or the day before) ~When I asked him a question about something he would just give me definitions of things not actual answers (I used chat gpt to tell me half the things he should have been explaining to me because he was so poor at communicating) ~We asked a couple of days after signing the contract about the shed on the property and if it was on the plans. (this is after I was talking to the real estate directly and he got mad and told me not to do that and to go through him) He didn't ask the seller until 2 days before settlement. After I had already sorted it with the real estate (and struck a deal for a reduction) as it needed to be done as part of the building and pest within 7 days of signing the contract. He then went on holidays 2 days before settlement when we were given Dana. She was lovely and the only reason this is 2 stars instead of 1. She was clear and I asked her to check all of his work which she did and she kept me updated as things progressed.

She reviewed our contract thoroughly and helped us negotiate the terms and conditions with the developer, making sure our interests were well looked after. She has been approachable, responsive, and always willing to answer our questions, which has given us confidence throughout the process. Buying a house and land package can be overwhelming, but Sarah has made everything much easier with her professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care. We truly appreciate her support and guidance, and we look forward to continuing to work with her as our solicitor until we successfully settle our house and land package.
