Documents received and communication straight away, always on the ball working on the case. Was recommended by someone else, as one of the best law firms in the region and was very satisfied and happy with the recommendation. I would absolutely not recommend engaging with this business. They handled a property matter around 18 months ago. My accountant recently had some valid questions and queries so I reached out to Macrossan by email - received a generic robot response which ended with 'We trust this will assist your Accountant.'. They also attached a document that I had sent them in the first place... So I replied asking more detail, no response. I tried calling 5 times over 3 weeks, the person was always 'on the phone' and would 'call me back straight away' They never called me back. For a business stating on their website that they are; '...committed to providing an exceptional level of service to all of our clients and welcome you to make contact to discuss how we can help'... That is not true.
