Terrible service and extremely poor communication. We received no responses for long periods and it was impossible to contact Shawn directly, as he does not have a direct mobile number. There was no apology or accountability from his side. The only contact we ever received was from reception, repeatedly telling us that he would be in touch with us shortly , which never happened. We have not heard back since. Due to this lack of communication and negligence, our house offer was voided, causing significant stress and disappointment. This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this conveyancing lawyer to anyone.
