In the past I have worked with various conveyancers and it is generally chaos. Working with Dott and Crossitt was such a breeze and it broke that cycle!!!! I cannot thank Team Kate enough. Fantastic experience with Louise Cruz from Dott & Crossitt for our recent property purchase. She is fast, efficient and highly knowledgeable. Buying a house is always a daunting task, these days there's also a lot more documents that need signing than in the past. Alison and her team were beyond OUTSTANDING in my recent dealings with them.
